Rock Mountain Tavern

With an outdoor patio overlooking the scenic North Carolina mountains, Rock Mountain Tavern is a fun and charming place to meet fellow guests. Mixed drinks, beer and wine are served from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and live music provides some of the finest Cashiers entertainment for your enjoyment. Attire is casual before 6:30 p.m. - coat and tie afterwards.

After dinner, special entertainment is offered nightly. These events - movies, games or other family activities - are posted daily on the bulletin board in the lobby.

Are you looking for something to do before dinner at High Hampton? If so, stop by the Rock Mountain Tavern for “Tapas in the Tavern.”

Everyday from 5:30-8:30 p.m., you can enjoy a selection of small plates in the Tavern or on the patio while gathering with family and friends. Options include  Spinach and Artichoke Dip, raw bar items, and other tasty bites.

The portions are small, so they are great for mixing and matching and sharing with your group. Our selection of beer, wine and cocktails will also pair greatly with any of these light bites.
